VATI TBK-100
Basalt fabric produced from twisted basalt yarns and roving by linen method of weaving with piercing selvage rand.
Basalt fabrics can replace asbestos and silica fabrics in various spheres of application.
Basalt fabrics have the range of unique properties:
- ecological cleanliness of the material, has a natural formula of basalt mineral;
- one of the best heat-insulating materials;
- high thermal stability, incombustibility, temperature of constant application - 700°Ñ;
- high durability – 50 years;
- high chemical stability to alkali and acid media;
- vibrationproff material, can be used for turbines insulation;
- fungi-proof and resistant to other microorganisms attacking.
Range of application:
- thermal insulating materials of heat-treatment machinery, ovens, recuperators, pipelines;
- filters for exhaust gas dust in metallurgical complexes;
